Born, raised and educated in the Philippines, Ella Jean Quitoriano immigrated to the USA, August 1968. An employee of the California Federal Savings Bank for several years, she married her best friend and soul mate, Enrique Quitoriano. Blessed with three healthy children, Mark, Emilie, and Rick, Ella Jean was a full-time mother for the most part of their marriage.
